 Gull
Lake Fishing Guide - Royal spends much of his time
guiding families and groups on Gull Lake where he will fish
for any species. Walleye, Bass, and Northern Pike are among
his specialty.Gull Lake is a 9,418
acre lake located six miles north of Brainerd. It is part of
the Gull Lake Reservoir chain of lakes. The lake has a maximum
depth of 80 feet and about 30% of the lake is shallower than
15 feet. Water clarity is excellent. It is an extremely
popular lake for both angling and other water-based
recreational activities.
Gull lake is one of the most popular fishing lakes in
Minnesota. Many of our guided fishing trips are on Gull Lake.
From about mid June to mid September our most popular trips
are for large mouth bass. Bass are plentiful in Gull Lake and
many of our other Brainerd, Nisswa, and Garrison area lakes. I
currently fish about 30 other bass lakes in our area. My idea
of a great guided fishing trip is for everyone to catch fish!
